Machine tool features:

Fully closed-loop linear motor (3-axis)/direct drive motor (5-axis): ensures the positioning accuracy of the machine tool (P): 3um, repeat positioning accuracy (Ps): 2um, reverse clearance (Pa): 1um (tested according to German VDI3441 standard).
RMS6 CNC system: independently developed, pre reading program>10000 sentences, processing time for each sentence<1 millisecond.
Therefore, on the same machine tool, it is possible to achieve one-time clamping of parts, high-speed milling, coordinate grinding, and factory level online measurement of three coordinates, completing the entire machining process from blank to finished product,
The hardness of processed parts can reach HRC58 or above, as well as grinding of hard alloy materials.

Roundness<0.001mm (with a diameter of 25mm hole)
The materials that can be processed include: aluminum magnesium alloy (magnesium alloy requires automatic fire extinguishing system), copper alloy, graphite material (requires installation of strong exhaust system), ferroalloy (mold steel), titanium alloy, stainless steel, hard alloy, etc.
It can replace/omit electrical discharge machining, simplify the machining process, reduce clamping and transportation time, and greatly improve machining efficiency.
